IN 2016 we took a job to
renovate the old Skyway
MarinaMall that was in
deplorable condition from
having been flooded and
deserted for the most part
over the past 10 years. The
rear of the building had no
power or air conditioning and had 2 inches of water on the floor. The city had caution taped off the area for safety reasons.
In addition, none of the bathrooms were fully functional.
My initial plan was to repair the roof and stop the water, replace the damaged electrical, and replace the missing and damaged ceiling tiles, and fluorescent lights that were missing or damaged.
The next step was to build 125 10 X 10 units for retail space. As we completed the units we were able to provide 76 Vendors with retail space which gave us the idea to build other tiny buildings.
Our first Tiny Building was constructed in the old area of the Mall that was the Outside Garden Store and was an 8 X 16.
After that project, we leased the old Federal Savings building at 800 49th St. N. and converted it into 36 retail units. And that is what moved us into building Sheds & Tiny Homes.

12 x 16 Office or Shed with possibly adding electricity later for lights inside.
Step 2. If they ask for more details or plans, let them know that you have the necessary
design drawings and material list.
